Enzo Plumbing and Heating Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Enzo Plumbing and Heating provides plumbing and heating services, including but not limited to boiler repair, installation, and maintenance. Our services are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees for certain circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. A fixed price is quoted for each job, and this price is inclusive of all labour and materials. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

4. Gas Safe Registration

Enzo Plumbing and Heating is Gas Safe registered. We adhere to all relevant UK gas safety regulations.

5. Warranty

A 12-month workmanship warranty is provided on all completed jobs. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect.

6. Emergency Services

For emergency services, we aim to respond within 1 hour, where possible. However, response times may vary depending on the urgency and location of the job.

7. Liability

Enzo Plumbing and Heating will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on our website.
